– Content creation workflows powered by retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).

– Access to a database for content reuse and integration.

– Optional consulting and coaching support.

 

We strive to provide high-quality services but do not guarantee specific outcomes or error-free performance.

 

Content Ownership and Use:

– You retain ownership of all content you provide to the platform (“Your Content”).

– By using our services, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, store, and share Your Content with third-party large language models (LLMs) (e.g., ChatGPT) to deliver our services.

 

Restrictions:

– Do not upload content containing trade secrets, sensitive personal information (PII), HIPAA-protected data, or any other information you do not want accessible to Cognition Foundry or LLMs.

– You must affirm compliance with these restrictions through a mandatory checkbox agreement during registration or content submission.

 

Compliance:

– You are solely responsible for ensuring Your Content complies with all applicable laws, including intellectual property and privacy regulations.

All intellectual property rights in the **My AI Biz** platform, tools, and materials remain the exclusive property of Cognition Foundry USA, Ltd. Your use of the platform grants no ownership rights over these tools.

 

– Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for our services within the 12 months preceding any claim.

– We disclaim liability for damages arising from misuse of the platform, inaccuracies in AI-generated outputs, or actions taken based on those outputs.

 

You agree not to:

– Use the service for illegal activities.

– Reverse-engineer or replicate our tools.

– Upload prohibited or harmful content as outlined in Section 4.

 

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the platform if you violate these T&Cs. Upon termination, we may delete Your Content from our systems, except where required by law.

 

We may update these T&Cs from time to time. Notice of updates will be provided, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised T&Cs.
